Erin is a Registered Massage Therapist and member of The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario (RMTAO). In addition to graduating from Toronto’s Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy, she also received a BFA in Dance from York University with a double major in Psychology. She has always been interested in mind-body connections and brings her awareness of somatic practices to her work.
Erin’s massage style is based on Swedish massage techniques which range from light and relaxing to deep and intense. A variety of techniques may be used in treatment depending on the needs and preferences of each individual; including some elements of lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, passive stretching, deep tissue massage, craniosacral therapy and myofascial release.
